Our aim is to guide Business Leaders to transformational results with practical Salesforce solutions, leveraging the value of data and the potential of people.

Established in 2002

​In 2002, after completing an Executive MBA and accruing substantial experience as a senior telecoms consultant, Cato embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to found an IT project management consultancy. Profound influences and insights gained academically and professionally fueled his decision to venture independently.

​The turning point came in 2016, with the first assignment to turn around a Salesforce program. This experience unveiled the vast potential of leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem, which subsequently became the central focus of the consultancy. The intersection of Salesforce's capabilities with the consultancy's core principles and methodologies has since driven a decade of specialisation in Salesforce projects. This unique blend of expertise and technology has enabled the consultancy to deliver exceptional value and transformative results for its clients.

Our Principles

  1. Accelerating Project Delivery: Inspired by the principles of Critical Chain methodology, Cato recognised the immense potential in streamlining project management processes. The focus was on maximising efficiency and reducing the waste and redundancies often encountered in projects.
  2. Creativity and Resourcefulness: Through a lifelong curiosity into what makes people tick and eventually the study of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, it became pivotal to foster a culture of innovation and agile problem-solving.
  3. Removing Complexity in Programmes: Drawing from the experiences of leading project teams to extraordinary results despite organisational, national and cultural boundaries. The focus now is on navigating the intricacies of large-scale programmes and steering teams towards cohesive and goal-oriented action.
  4. Coaching For Results: A significant part of the consultancy's ethos was project coaching, particularly in helping individuals overcome any self-imposed limitations. This philosophy was integral in cultivating a team of empowered and self-aware professionals.
